I have been visually impaired since 4years of age. As an exercise I calculated how much I have spent on wearing contact lenses since I was 30yrs old and projected this cost to how much I would have spent if I conyinued wearing the contacts until I was 75yrs old. I was spending approximately $150.00 every three months (including solutions/ prescriptions for eye infections etc and I might add not including prescription glasses for when I couldn't wear my contacts). This equated to $600.00 per year approximately (minimum) or $37,000.00 if I kept wearing them until my 75th birthday-which is a conservative estimate. I decided to pay the $4,500 for lasix surgery-which I can pay off interest free. Not only am I free of the nightmare of constantly finding money for contacts, drops and glasses I can see better than I ever have. I wonder how much I have spent over a lifetime on my vision. I am extremely happy. |

Where did you get this procedure done? It costs $6000 in North Queensland. |

Don't buy juice concentrates that are usually only 25% juice. Instead buy 100% juice and water it down. I have found that a ratio of 1 part juice to 2 parts water works best. That way I get 6 litres o
