Hi there..
I was hoping to get some help and/or tips with my price book. I've never written one before but have done the weekly supermarket hop when things have been on special but I know I can go one better by writing one..
My first question is; if 2 supermarkets have a special on the same item (one better price than the other) Do I write them both in the price book??? Or just the cheaper one??
And; because I've only just started the price book, should I start buying 'lots' of items?? MY initial plan (as also suggested in Cath's book) is to work out the 'cycle' that items go on sale and buy enough to last till the next time they're on special again. But if I don't know the cycle CAN I still do this?
I'm finding the whole Price book thing a little daunting atm. I'm hoping once it gets going I can relax a little about it..
Anyone with some good experience with a Price book I'd LOVE some hints n tips. Whatever you can offer.
Thanks |

to (possibly) answer your first question, I would write down both prices. sometimes it's cheaper you might be better off getting the more expensive thing than using a lot of petrol driving to the cheaper thing.
Do you know anyone in your area who already has a pricebook you can get a copy of? I'm starting a book and it's very daunting writing down EVERYTHING. |

To get pen out of fabrics, spray with hairspray and put in a normal wash, I have even used hairspray recently on ink stains in the carpet prior to having them steam cleaned. Works a gem!!
