Hi,
I am living in an area that have very limited fresh fruit and veges and the stuff they do have is extremly pricy (ie a lettice is $11)
can anyone tell me any recipes or books that that i can buy to help me eat healthy whilst still watching my budget??? |

hi Mel , what about frozen vegetables !and frozen fruit like blueberries/raspberries! how much are they ? make smoothies with yoghurt and tin fruit maybe ! |

Hi Mel just had another idea , per haps you could find a website on line that you could order from . get raw nuts and you could buy seeds & legumes and SPROUT THEM VERY EASY . VERY NUTRITIONOUS EG mung beans ,alfalfa seeds all you need it a large glass jar . and water .buy some barley green powder online . a company called morelife have mail order and have a special at the moment . hope that is of help to you ! |
