2. What is The Cheapskates Club? The Cheapskate Club is the online community dedicated to showing you how to live debt free, cashed up and laughing. 5. How do I join? You can join using our secure, online payment system where you can use your credit card or a PayPal account for immediate access to the Member's Centre and all the valuable information it contains. Click here to join now
6. I’m not comfortable paying by card over the Internet or I don't have a PayPal account. How else can I join? We do accept money orders and direct deposit as an alternative to our online membership registration. To use either of these methods of joining please complete the membership application form found here. Once we receive your registration form we will send you instructions on what to do next to complete your registration.
7. I subscribed to the free newsletter, but I'm not getting it.
1. The email address we have on file for you is invalid. If this is the case, you will need to use the Change Your Address form to update your email address.
2. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is blocking email from Cheapskates thinking that we are trying to spam you (send unsolicited junk email to you). If this is the case, all you can do is to contact your ISP and ask them to remove any blocks they might have against mail being sent from our websites.
3. In the event you use a bulk email blocking product, please make sure to allow email in from cheapskates.com.au. Some subscribers using a blocking feature forget to modify their settings to allow our email in.
8. How do I change my email address? This one is easy. Just use the Change Your Address form (under Customer Service in the menu) and fill it out. Once you've filled it in click the send button and we'll do the rest. Please remember to include your old email address so we can find it in the list as well as the new one.
9. How do I update my profile? Login to the Member's Centre and click on the "Edit Profile" box under your Member Id 10. How do I know when my membership should be renewed? When you login to the Member's Centre you will be told how many days of membership you have left once you have 30 days left. Just click on the link to renew and your membership will just continue on, uninterrupted. We will also send you a reminder email too, just in case you forget, before your membership expires.
11. What will you do with my email address? We never rent, trade or sell our email list to anyone for any reason whatsoever. You'll never get an unsolicited email from a stranger as a result of joining this list. Read our Privacy Policy
